Bespoke Design and Build

With every office design we perform, we take into account the future growth of a company and its goals, ensuring that the space is designed for maximum efficiency and creating an end product that has enviable aesthetic appeal.

Our team of experienced and skilled interior designers work collaboratively with you and your staff to determine what is lacking in the current workplace environment and to understand what is needed going forwards. To achieve an appropriate design that fits the requirements of your staff, we obtain a detailed brief of the company, its processes and how different teams work together on a day to day basis. 

Once we have received your brief, our team will visit the premises to get a feel for the layout and assess the functionality required for the new office design.

Construction and Delivery

Having visited the premises, the next stage of our office design process is to create a 2D representation of the workspace layout through a series of sketches. Alongside this, we will provide a mood board to determine a style that reflects the company’s culture and ethos, and recommendations of fixtures, fittings and furniture to complement the space. 

Once these designs have been revised and agreed upon, using our state of the art technology, we produce 3D illustrations of the final product that help you visualise the space in its full glory.

Visit to Premises

During our visit to your premises, we use everything gathered from our detailed brief and your specific requirements to assess the space for operational functionality purposes. This information helps us to create a space layout plan that encompasses the needs of your staff and business.

Research & Design

After we have taken our initial measurements and your requirements, we then undertake research to determine the best ways of working within your industry, combined with the latest office design trends to create a design that is truly bespoke to your business. The creation of mood boards, sketches and AUTO-CAD illustrations to help depict the layout of your office interior and affirm your chosen style.

Office Furniture

Office furniture is a key aspect in the design of an office space. The comfort and security of your staff will affect their overall output. Our interior designers will help choose the most appropriate and ergonomic office furniture that compliments your chosen style whilst remaining sophisticated and professional.


During our fitting process, you will receive weekly updates on our progress and you can expect a full commercial cleaning service once installation is complete.


Once we have received contact, our interior designers will arrange an appointment with you that fits around your schedule to discuss your needs and requirements for the project. During our visit to your premises, we will make note of the measurements required.


Within 24 hours of receiving the project requirements, we will draw up and send across a quote detailing the full labour and material costs. We guarantee that the price of the project will not change once we have provided you with our valuation.


Once everything is confirmed and costs are agreed upon, we will get to work. If fixtures and fittings have been removed during the process, they will be disposed of in an eco-friendly manner. Should the specifications of your project change, our expert team will be more than happy to accommodate.
